WHEN:
Monthly Basis, Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM


WHERE:
Meeting at the Burn Institute at 8825 Aero Drive, #200, San Diego.
Installations are done throughout San Diego County.


Volunteer Shifts:
8 AM - between 12 and 2 PM

# of Volunteers Needed:

Teams of 2 people, at least one person to be a driver with their own vehicle. 

Other Volunteer Information:

At least one person needs to be a licensed driver with their own vehicle.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

On a monthly basis, the Burn Institute and volunteers provides free smoke alarm installations/inspections for senior citizens in San Diego County. Teams of two volunteers will receive thourough training on the smoke alarm installation process and will then go out together to perform the installations. Burn Institute staff is readily available via phone during the installation.
