8:30am sharp every Sunday.

Volunteer Shifts:
Sunday mornings. Afternoons as well if you are able. 

# of Volunteers Needed:
We have an ongoing need for volunteers to maintain and sail our fleet of seven historic vessels.

WHERE:
1492 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego CA 92101 aboard STAR OF INDIA

VOLUNTEERING DESCRIPTION:
Volunteers accrue hours and knowledge in hopes of consideration for the next calendar year crew positions aboard Star of India, ‘HMS’ Surprise, Californian and the Medea. You will immediately notice a bond of shared interest and camaraderie. Everyone wants to help you ‘learn the ropes.’ They also provide highly valuable man hours helping to maintain our vessels. It is rewarding worthwhile work with a team of great people. If you love history, ships and the sea, this is the place for you. Many couples participate regularly, and a few have even met here and later married!
