At Home Volunteers Needed for International Humanity Foundation
International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a non-profit that is run by volunteers all across the globe. Our goal is to empower the poorest of the poor through education, enabling them to stay off of the streets, and preventing them from ever being exploited. This organization supports over 4,000 children, on a budget of about $8,000 per month it is so little but it makes such a difference. We have centers in Indonesia, Thailand, and Kenya. We have an office in the United States located in San Diego and are looking for volunteers to help us right from their homes!
We desire volunteers who would love to help this amazing cause. Our volunteers are divided up into task teams with leaders in order to maintain organization and achieve our goals! Check out the following task teams and see where you would work best!
OOTT (Online Outreach Task Team): The purpose of this team is to increase IHF's visibility and credibility via the internet. Volunteers will be focusing on registering and linking IHF with websites in one of three areas: 1) volunteering abroad and domestically 2) research and internship programs 3) disseminating general IHF info, programs and connectivity. Volunteers will be registering us with such organizations as universities, local, national and international institutions, clubs and associations, corporate headquarters, search engines and directories and non-profit organizations.
Online Fundraising Task Team: The mission with this team is to make it easier for our volunteers to be able to raise more funds for our children in Indonesia, Kenya, and Thailand from each volunteer’s home by using a technology of internet.
